MAAREE x WRU Sports Bra Competition

Please read these terms and conditions carefully:

1. Eligibility:
   This competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over. Entrants under the age of 16 must have parent or guardian approval to enter.
   
   2. Entry Details:
   Entry to the competition will be via submission of a name and email address only. Only one entry will be accepted per email address. Multiple entries from the same email address will be disqualified.
   
   3. Competition Timeline:
   The competition will close on May 10th. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The winner will be notified by email within one week following the closing date.
   
   4. Prizes:
   There will be one winner who will receive their choice of a MAAREE sports bra, subject to availability of sizes, colours, and styles. In the event that the chosen sports bra is not available, the winner will be provided with a gift card valued at £76. Prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
   
   5. Data Protection and Privacy:
   By entering this competition, participants agree to provide their name and email address, which will be used for the purpose of this competition and notifying the winner. Additionally, by entering this competition, participants are consenting to subscribe to MAAREE's newsletter, which includes information on sports bras, breast health, exclusive offers, and promotions. Participants may withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time. All personal data relating to participants will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR, our privacy policy accessible at MAAREE Privacy Policy.
   
   6. Winner Selection:
   The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
   
   7. General:
   The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
   
   8. Jurisdiction:
   The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
