At MAAREE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item or request a refund, please review the following information based on your location: UK, EU, US, or ROW (Rest of World).

Requirements for Exchanges and Refunds:

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please ensure that:
- The item has been purchased via the MAAREE website.
- The item is returned in its original condition, unworn, with tags still attached.
- The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transit.

Return Procedure:

We recommend posting your return at a location that can provide a proof of postage receipt.
If you choose to organise your own postage, please use an appropriate level of tracking and insurance.
Keep your proof of postage until your return has been completed.

UK Customers

Exchanges

- Free exchanges are available if requested within 28 days of delivery.
- Return labels will be provided to the customer.

Returns

- Refunds are available if requested within 28 days of delivery.
- A postage and reprocessing fee of £3.95 will be deducted from the refund.
- The postage and reprocessing fee is waived if the customer chooses to receive a refund onto a gift card.
- Return labels will be provided to the customer.

US Customers

Amazon Orders

If you have bought your order through Amazon.com, your return will need to be logged in the return portal, as well as on amazon.com. Amazon will issue a pre-paid return label to you. Your refund will come from amazon.
