Competition Terms & Conditions

• This competition is open to participants aged 18 and over and is open to international entrants.

• To enter, both the entrant and the tagged friend must be following MAAREE on the social media platform on which the entry is made (Instagram or TikTok).

• Entries must comply with the instructions outlined in the competition post to be considered valid.

• Each tagged individual will count as one entry, provided the tag is accompanied by a corresponding comment.

• One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closing date.

• The prize consists of two pink Empower bras, one for the entrant and one for the tagged friend, in their chosen sizes (subject to availability)
  

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

• Sizes are subject to availability.

• International winners may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. MAAREE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

• The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter. If the winner does not respond within a specified timeframe, MAAREE reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

• This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.

• MAAREE reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.

• The competition closes on 13th February 2026 at  11:59pm UTC, and winners will be contacted by 11:59pm UTC on Wednesday 18th February. Winners will have until 11:59pm UTC on Friday 20th February to respond to the Direct Message in order to claim their prize
