Do I need to buy a bra before the fitting?
Not at all. Whether you're sizing up before buying your first MAAREE or checking the fit of one you already own, the fitting works either way. Bring a tape measure and we'll show you how to measure yourself, so you have the knowledge for next time too.
What do I need to have ready for the call?
A tape measure (helpful but not essential), a non-padded bra or your MAAREE bra if you've already bought one, somewhere quiet for the call, and the Zoom link emailed when you booked.
Will I have to undress on camera?
No. We measure over a regular bra or even a fitted t-shirt if you prefer. You stay clothed throughout. Let us know which you'd rather when you get on the call.
How many people are on the call?
Just you and your fitter. If you'd like to bring a friend or family member along, that's fine (and a must if you're under 18). On rare occasions when we're training new fitters, there may be one or two extras on the call. We'll always ask your permission first.
Are the calls recorded?
No. We don't record video or audio. Every fitting is a private appointment between you and your fitter.
Can you fit me if I have a larger bust?
Yes. Larger-bust support is what we do best, and you'll be in good company. The vast majority of our fittings are for women who've struggled to find a sports bra that actually holds them, and our fitters know exactly what to look for.
How many times can I come back for a fitting?
As many times as you like. Fittings are unlimited and free. Most customers book one before buying to find their size, then come back after it arrives to check the fit. Some pop in months later for another check. We love seeing familiar faces!
Can you help with postpartum or mastectomy needs?
Yes. Our fitters are experienced in postpartum, nursing, and mastectomy fittings, and Katie on the team has specialist training in pre- and postnatal sportswear design. Whatever your situation, get in touch and we'll guide you through the right options.
How old do I need to be to have a fitting?
If you're under 18, please bring a parent or guardian along to the call. The booking form has an option to invite them by email if they aren't with you in person.
I'm not in the UK, can I still book?
Yes. All our fitters are based in the UK and calls are in English, but we vary the times across the week so customers in the US, EU and elsewhere can usually find a slot that works. Pick a calendar option that suits your timezone.
