Exchanges
UK Customers
For exchanges please follow the instructions in the returns portal below. You are able to exchange your item for another size, colour or another item altogether. If there is a price difference between your current and new item, we will send an invoice or refund accordingly.Exchanges are free for UK customers and will be posted at standard delivery rates, unless contacted by the customer beforehand. Additional costs will be required for an upgraded delivery method.
Non-uk customers
We currently aren't able to offer exchanges for any customers outside of the UK at this time. If you would like to try a different size, please return the original order for a full refund and place a new order with us.Returns
Having trouble finding your right size? Please book a FREE 15-minute Zoom fitting with us here before sending your bra back so that we can help you get your ideal size.Please click on our returns portal below start the returns process so that we can send you the return label you require. Returns are currently free for UK customers. We are unable to offer free returns to customer outside of the UK at this time. A return request must be submitted within 28 days of your order date.
US Amazon Orders
